Construction materials are heavy, bulky and needed on a schedule. That makes distance expensive. Mexico puts factories a few days' drive from US and Canadian jobsites, and USMCA keeps qualifying goods moving with little or no duty. We source in Mexico and Latin America first. When China or elsewhere in Asia wins on a specific product, we say so and run it through the same QC and logistics.

Hemp is a fast-growing crop that takes up carbon dioxide as it grows. Bound with lime, its woody core becomes hempcrete: a vapour-open, mould-resistant insulating wall that keeps storing that carbon for the life of the building. We source hempcrete, hemp-lime blocks, hempwood and hemp fibre insulation at project scale, with the same QC and logistics as everything else we ship.
