How it works

Straight from factory.

Seven steps from your bill of materials to a staged delivery on site. White Lion Procurement runs or supervises every one of them, and you get one quote, one tracking thread and one team to call.

Seven steps

From takeoff to tailgate.

Step 1 of 7

Spec & BOM review

You send
Your drawings, takeoff or bill of materials, plus specs, finishes, codes and listings the project must meet.
We do
We read every line, flag gaps and conflicts, and agree what is being sourced, to what standard, by when.
You get
A confirmed scope and sourcing plan.

Step 2 of 7

Factory match

You send
Target pricing, volumes, delivery window and any preferred brands or approved equals.
We do
We match each line to manufacturers in our network — Mexico and Latin America first, Asia where it is the better source — and request quotes.
You get
A landed-cost quote by line, with origin and lead time.

Step 3 of 7

Samples & submittals

You send
Approval contacts and your submittal requirements.
We do
We collect physical samples, data sheets, test reports and listings, and assemble a submittal package for you and your architect.
You get
Approved samples that production is measured against.

Step 4 of 7

Factory audit & QC

You send
Any inspection points that matter to you.
We do
White Lion audits the factory, follows production and inspects before shipment against the approved samples and spec.
You get
Inspection reports with photos before goods leave.

Step 5 of 7

Consolidated freight

You send
Delivery address, site access and phasing.
We do
We consolidate several factories into full loads where possible, and supervise container and trailer loading.
You get
Fewer, fuller shipments and one tracking thread.

Step 6 of 7

Customs (White Lion)

You send
Importer details for the paperwork.
We do
White Lion Procurement provides customs brokerage, prepares documentation, confirms USMCA origin where it applies, and arranges merchandise insurance.
You get
Goods cleared and insured, without you chasing a broker.

Step 7 of 7

Delivery to site, staged by phase

You send
Your schedule and who receives on site.
We do
Delivery to your jobsite, yard or a 3PL warehouse, released phase by phase so materials arrive when the crew needs them.
You get
Material on site, on time, in the order you build.

What you save

No distributor layers.

We don't publish a percentage, because it depends on the product and the volume. Here is where the savings come from.

  • Distributor margins

Each layer between the factory and you adds its own margin. Buying at the factory gate removes them.

  • Extra handling

Fewer warehouse touches means less damage, less shrinkage and fewer re-deliveries.

  • Dead time

Goods move from factory to site instead of sitting in an importer's or dealer's stock.

  • Specification drift

You approve samples from the actual factory, so what arrives matches what you approved.

  • Admin

One team, one quote format and one tracking thread instead of a dozen supplier accounts.

Mexico vs. overseas

Why nearshoring wins for heavy materials.

A qualitative comparison for a typical US jobsite. Your quote shows the real numbers for your products and route.

Questions

Before you send the BOM.

Do I have to buy a full container?

No. We consolidate several products and factories into shared loads where we can. Minimums depend on the factory and the product; we tell you in the quote.

Who handles customs?

White Lion Procurement provides customs brokerage and prepares the documentation, including USMCA origin paperwork when a product qualifies.

Will products meet US or Canadian codes?

We source to the codes, standards and listings your project specifies (for example UL listing for electrical products in US installs) and confirm them per RFQ with test reports and listings in the submittal package.

Do you only source in Mexico?

Mexico and Latin America first. White Lion also sources from India, Vietnam, China and Hong Kong. When Asia is the better source for a product we say so, and run it through the same QC and logistics.

Can you deliver in phases?

Yes. We can hold goods at a 3PL warehouse and release them to site by phase, floor or building.

Send the BOM. We’ll find the factory.

Drawings, a takeoff, a spec sheet or a rough list of quantities — any of it is enough to start. We sign an NDA before detailed project discussion and reply with questions, sourcing options and a delivery plan.
