In this line

Five glass types.

Specialty glass is where long overseas lead times hurt most. Curved and specialised panes are made to a template, are fragile in transit and are hard to replace. Building them in Mexico keeps the factory within reach while you finalise geometry.

Bent and temperedCurved tempered glass

Glass bent and tempered in one process for curved storefronts, revolving doors, balustrades and shower enclosures. Fragments break small and blunt like flat tempered glass.

  • Revolving doors
  • Storefronts
  • Balustrades
  • Showers
Typical build-up: 10 mm curved tempered10 mm curved tempered
Example build-up; final build-up per project

Bent, then laminatedCurved laminated glass

Plies slumped to shape and laminated, so curved façades, skylights and canopies keep post-breakage retention overhead and at height.

  • Curved façades
  • Skylights
  • Canopies
  • Atria
Typical build-up: 6 + 1.52 PVB + 6, curved6 + 1.52 PVB + 6, curved
Example build-up; final build-up per project

Curved acoustic IGUCurved insulated noise-control glass

Curved insulating units with an acoustic laminated lite, for rounded corners and towers that still need thermal and acoustic performance.

  • Corner glazing
  • Towers
  • Hotels
  • Residential
Typical build-up: 6 | 14 cavity | 5 + 0.76 + 5, curved6 | 14 cavity | 5 + 0.76 + 5, curved
Example build-up; final build-up per project

Dished formsConcave glass

Glass formed into concave and dished shapes for feature elements, lighting, display and signage.

  • Lighting
  • Display
  • Feature ceilings
  • Signage
Typical build-up: 8 mm formed8 mm formed
Example build-up; final build-up per project

Photocatalytic coatingHealth (germicidal) glass

Glass coated with photocatalytic titanium dioxide. Under UV light the coating has bactericidal and virucidal action, which suits high-touch surfaces in medical and public spaces.

  • Clinics
  • Laboratories
  • Counters
  • Public restrooms
Typical build-up: 6 + TiO₂ photocatalytic coating6 + TiO₂ photocatalytic coating

Why source this line from Mexico

Closer factories, calmer schedules.

NearshoringPrototype close to home

Check the first bent panel against your template at the factory, then release production with confidence.

NearshoringLong-lead items get shorter

Curved glass is often the last package to arrive. Road freight from Mexico removes the ocean leg.

NearshoringFragile cargo, fewer transfers

Custom racks go from factory to site on one truck, crossing the border with White Lion's customs brokerage.
