CNC & laser cutting

Fiber laser and CNC cutting turn your CAD files into accurate blanks, nested for material yield. Clean edges reduce downstream grinding, and tight repeatability keeps welded assemblies square.

  • Fiber laser on sheet and plate
  • CNC plasma for heavy plate
  • Tube and profile cutting
  • Nesting for yield
Typical capability across our partner network — confirmed per RFQ
Carbon steelUp to 20 mm (3/4 in) by laser
Stainless steelUp to 12 mm (1/2 in)
AluminiumUp to 10 mm (3/8 in)
Sheet formatUp to 1 500 × 3 000 mm

Welding

Our welders work in titanium, stainless steel, magnesium and pipe, and our mobile crews weld on site when a structure cannot come to the shop. Procedures and filler metals are chosen for the joint, not the habit.

  • Titanium welding
  • Stainless steel welding
  • Magnesium welding
  • Pipe welding
  • Mobile on-site welding

Assembly

Weldments, mechanical sub-assemblies and complete products, with hardware, inserts and fasteners fitted and kitted. Press-brake forming and trial fit-up happen before finishing, so parts arrive ready to install.

  • Press-brake forming
  • Weldments and frames
  • Hardware insertion
  • Kitting and trial assembly
Typical capability across our partner network — confirmed per RFQ

Quality control

Inspection at every hand-off.

Quality is checked where defects start, not only at the end. Our team inspects cut parts, weld appearance and dimensions, then film thickness and finish before packing. White Lion adds production follow-up and pre-shipment inspection on top, so you have an independent pair of eyes in Mexico.

  • First-article inspection
  • Dimensional reports
  • Weld visual inspection
  • Coating thickness readings
  • Pre-shipment inspection by White Lion
