Sectors we build for

Wood for the spaces people use.

Seven sectors, one consortium. Whether it is a hotel lobby, a roll-out of two hundred store fixtures or a private-label kitchen line, the work is specified by you, made in Mexico and delivered by road — with White Lion managing the border.

Architects & contractors

Leading or following.

Give us a full specification and we build to it exactly. Give us a design intent and our engineers develop the shop drawings, propose species and finishes, and submit samples for approval. Either way, the goal is the same: your project, delivered as drawn.

  • Shop drawings per component, for approval
  • Finish and species samples before production
  • Phased deliveries to match your site schedule
  • Crating and labelling by room, floor or store

I landed a big contractor project my shop couldn’t fully supply. Smidr Jarl manufactured the woodwork on time and at a cost that let me earn on the project and stay competitive.

Why Mexico, for projects

Closer to site.

Projects punish long supply chains. A punch-list item or a late change is a truck away, not a container away — and your team can visit the shop between site meetings.

  • USMCA

    Minimal or zero tariffs

Wood products that qualify under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement can cross with minimal or zero duty. We help you document origin before the first quote, so the tariff line is a known number.

  • Distance

Days by truck, not weeks by sea

Furniture, flooring and millwork leave the shop on a trailer and reach US and Canadian docks by road. No port congestion, no container roll-overs.

  • Inventory

    Smaller safety stock

Shorter, steadier lead times mean faster reorders. Carry less stock in the warehouse and react to what is actually selling.

  • Time zone

    Working hours that overlap

Central and Mountain time line up with most of Mexico, so a question about a finish sample gets answered the same afternoon.

  • Visits

    Walk the shop floor

A short flight puts your team at the bench for first-article reviews, finish approvals and audits. White Lion runs factory audits and inspections on your behalf.

  • Border

    White Lion handles the crossing

Customs brokerage, border crossing, container supervision, 3PL and merchandise insurance are handled by White Lion Procurement, so your team never touches a pedimento.

Share your specs. We’ll quote the run, shop to dock.

Send drawings, a reference photo or a rough idea. We reply with questions, species and finish advice, and a plan for making it in Mexico.
