Services

Six services, one accountable team.

Use the full chain or only the steps you need. Either way, one team owns the result from first sample to delivered carton.

R&D

Material research, trend input and feasibility checks before you commit. We test fabrics, trims and constructions against your price and performance targets.

Engineering

Construction details, tolerances and bills of materials worked out so a style can be made consistently at volume, not just once as a sample.

Pattern creation

Patterns drafted from your tech pack, sample or sketch, then graded across your size range and checked on fit samples.

Prototyping

First samples in the real fabric, then fit and pre-production samples. You approve each one before bulk begins.

Cut & sew

Marker planning, cutting and assembly in partner factories set up for knits, wovens, leather and heavy goods.

Screen printing

Screen printing for apparel, bags and promotional items, plus embroidery, heat transfer and sublimation through the network.

Mill processes

Fibre to finished goods, inside one network.

Our partner facilities in Mexico cover every mill process, so fabric development and garment production can sit in the same region and the same schedule.

Weaving or knitting depends on the fabric. Printing and finishing order varies by product. Scroll the diagram sideways on small screens.

The development path

Seven stages from brief to dock.

A typical sequence for a new style. Repeat orders skip straight to bulk production, which is where nearshoring pays back fastest.

  1. Brief & NDA

Requirements, targets and quantities, under NDA.

  2. Materials

Fabric, trims and packaging sourced and swatched.

  3. Pattern & proto

Patterns drafted and a first sample sewn.

  4. Fit approval

Fit and grading confirmed across sizes.

  5. Pre-production

A sealed sample becomes the standard for bulk.

  6. Bulk & QC

    In-line follow-up and pre-shipment inspection.

  7. Border & delivery

Customs, crossing and delivery to your door.

Quality assurance

Standards you can audit.

The facilities involved in our products have passed rigorous standards and comply with export regulations. White Lion adds its own checks at every stage.

Fig. 5 Inspection flat: seams, hems and labels checked against the approved sample.
  • Factory auditing

Facilities are visited and assessed before they make anything for you, covering capability, capacity, working conditions and export compliance.

  • Supplier verification

Business registration, references and production history are checked so you know who is actually making your goods.

  • Production follow-up

Regular status updates against the agreed schedule, with early warning if materials or capacity put a date at risk.

  • Inspections & QC

In-line and pre-shipment inspections against your approved sample, using sampling levels agreed with you per order.

Warehousing, pick-and-pack and retail-ready packaging, including custom packaging options for your brand.

  • Merchandise insurance

Cover for goods in transit, arranged with the shipment.
